Danielle Hollier joins the Anna's Grace Board of Directors

On July 7, 2010, Danielle Hollier’s world changed forever. Twenty-four hours after an ultrasound showed that her baby no longer had a heartbeat, Danielle delivered her sweet Ainsley Grace into the world – silent and still. In those precious moments of hello and goodbye, the seeds of something beautiful were sown; and Danielle made a promise to her little one that she would find a way to honor her memory.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Danielle graduated from St. Michael the Archangel High School and attended Southeastern University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Upon graduation, Danielle entered the workforce and distinguished herself in sales, learning to be goal-oriented and self-disciplined in order to surpass all expectations set for her.

After experiencing the loss of Ainsley, Danielle began volunteer work for the Sister Dulce Foundation at Cypress Springs Mercidarian Prayer Center, helping with events and fundraisers, working in the office, and serving as a Prayer Partner for Sister Dulce. Watching Sister Dulce in her appointments praying and visiting with people from near and far had a significant impact on Danielle. She learned what true service looked like and that those who suffer can still impact others in a positive way. At an event hosted by the Center, Danielle had the opportunity to tell her personal story and was moved by the impact her words had on those in attendance – and on herself. It was then that she realized there was more she could be doing for the community of families who had suffered the loss of a precious child.

After having her youngest daughter in 2014, she took the courageous step to create and manage her own nonprofit, Ainsley’s Angels – Support for Infant Loss, in memory of her dear daughter. This newly created organization provided financial and emotional support to families throughout Louisiana who experienced similar heartbreak. She continued to manage the organization despite a family move to New Mexico in 2016. While still operating Ainsley’s Angels and successfully assisting numerous families throughout Louisiana, Danielle took advantage of a new opportunity for sharpening her marketing and managerial skills by serving as the Executive Director of Red River Chamber of Commerce in northern New Mexico. She continued in this role until her husband’s job took their family permanently to Houston. Faced with the monumental task of managing a nonprofit from out-of-state and raising two growing daughters, Danielle made the decision to continue Ainsley’s legacy through Anna’s Grace Foundation. “I am so grateful and blessed to still be a part of helping families who lose their babies in the Baton Rouge Area – the place where I had and lost my Ainsley,” says Danielle. “God’s plan for Ainsley was way greater than I ever could have imagined, and I look forward to working with everyone at Anna’s Grace to continue serving the 1 in 4.”

Danielle is married to Cade Hollier and resides in Houston, Texas with Cade and their two daughters.
